ABOUT THE OWNER
Joseph brings over 20 years of elite military and federal law enforcement experience to every training course he leads. A former U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret and Deputy U.S. Marshal, Joseph has operated in high-risk environments across the globe and trained thousands of military, law enforcement professionals, and civilians in real-world defensive tactics.
Joseph served over 12 years as a Green Beret, taking on key roles as a Medic, Intelligence Sergeant, and Operations Sergeant. His missions and training deployments spanned Europe, the Middle East, the former Soviet Union, and the Caribbean—giving him a unique perspective on tactical adaptability and cross-cultural operations.
After military service, Joseph joined the U.S. Marshals Service, where he led and supported critical operations including:
Fugitive Operations – As an investigator and team leader on a multi-agency task force, he tracked and arrested high-risk, violent fugitives through surveillance, intelligence gathering, and warrant execution.
Judicial & Dignitary Protection – Protected federal judges, court proceedings, and dignitaries during sensitive assignments, including operations at the United Nations General Assembly and support for U.S. Supreme Court Justices.
Surveillance & Counter-Surveillance – Served as team lead on a national unit tasked with surveillance detection and protective intelligence during high threat trials, witness and jury protection.
Tactical Training Officer – Delivered hands-on training in firearms, tactical operations, officer survival, and surveillance techniques to state and local law enforcement agencies and U.S. Marshals task forces nationwide.
While with the U.S. Marshals Service, Joseph also served for three years as a Task Force Officer with the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), conducting national security investigations and counterterrorism operations through joint interagency collaboration.
In addition, Joseph served as an adjunct instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), helping to prepare new Deputy U.S. Marshals for the demands of their role—physically, mentally, and tactically.
Throughout his career, Joseph has carried and deployed both pistol and rifle as part of his official duties—often in low-profile, high-risk environments. Operating both domestically and abroad, he developed deep expertise in both concealed and overt weapons handling. This experience informs his instruction today, allowing him to train others—whether law enforcement, security personnel, or armed citizens—in practical, responsible, and effective firearms use across a range of real-world scenarios.
Today, Joseph channels this operational experience into focused, realistic training programs for law enforcement and responsible civilians. His courses prioritize sound fundamentals, decision-making under stress, and practical defensive strategies tailored to both uniformed and concealed carry environments.
