Course Overview:
This 8-hour Defensive PCC course is designed to build confidence, capability, and defensive
proficiency with a pistol caliber carbine. Whether you're new to the platform or looking to
sharpen your defensive shooting skills, this class provides a solid foundation and practical
application for home defense, personal protection, or professional use.
Through a combination of classroom instruction and dynamic range work, students will learn the
advantages and tactical applications of PCCs in real-world scenarios. By the end of the day,
shooters will have a deeper understanding of the platform, improved weapon handling, and
enhanced defensive shooting skills under stress.
What You’ll Learn:
- Safe and efficient weapon handling
- Setup, maintenance, and configuration of your PCC
- Rapid target engagement from close to intermediate distances
- Movement, Use of cover and positional shooting
- Reloads, malfunction clearance and weapon manipulation

- Timed drills to track progress and identify performance gaps
Who Should Attend:
- Armed citizens with prior carbine/PCC or rifle training

Prerequisites:
- Completion of a basic PCC, AR-15, or defensive rifle class
- Familiarity with safe firearm handling, loading/unloading, and clearing malfunctions
Required Gear:
- PCC in common caliber, 9mm, .40 cal, ,45, etc...
- Minimum 3 magazines
- Sling
- Eye and ear protection(electronic preferred)
- 500 rounds of ammunition for PCC
- Pistol with holster(no Serpa type holsters) and 2 mags minimum and mag pouches
- 200 rounds for pistol
- Weather-appropriate clothes(no open toes shoes or tank tops)
- Optional: duty gear-chest rig, belt setup or concealed carry set up
